Are you receptive to amazing moments all around you? If so, you will find joy, happiness and contentment more easily. Being open to the natural environment allows you to be more aware and grateful in your daily life, recognizing and appreciating the little things.

Here is our question to you:

How has reciprocating OR passing along an act of kindness improved your happiness factor?

Remember the “pay it forward” concept that became popular years ago? If you’ve participated in the past, think about some of the outcomes when leaving us your message.

Positive or Negative – what will you choose? Happiness is a choice we have in each moment. Take back power and control over your feelings, set aside any external and internal influences from the day, and choose joy. Joy will overflow into acts of kindness.
